Top 50 free agent wide receiver Mack Hollins could leave the Buffalo Bills for a greater role on another roster in the passing game. According to Bleacher Report’s Big Board, they believe Hollins is still a dependable receiver which is something to watch as there will be plenty of wideouts available. Hollins isn’t the hottest name on the market but he did help Josh Allen pull off some special plays down the aerial attack, recording 31 catches for 378 yards and five touchdowns. Originally selected in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft, the former North Carolina product made a name for himself in Buffalo after spending time for the majority of his career as a journeyman despite winning one Super Bowl where Hollins played special teams.
Hollins is no special wide receiver that a team will eye as soon as the free agent market opens but he could sneak in a one-year deal for a decent contract. He was Allens’ “go to” target for the 2024 season but ever since they got Amari Cooper in a trade, Hollins became expendable. However, Cooper may wind up on a new team as well but if it comes down to him and Hollins, the Bills will most likely bring Cooper back. Other than Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir, Hollins was one of those underrated pass-catchers so he should earn a surprising deal with one of these five teams.

Possible Destinations
Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens’ main priority is finding a capable replacement since they probably won’t re-sign an aging Nelson Agholor back to the roster. Diontae Johnson was a failing experiment and that cost the team in the end where Zay Flowers was out for the entire playoffs so it was on Rashod Bateman and Agholor to pick up the slack. Mack Hollins probably won’t do much in the aerial attack but he may perform well again in big moments.
Los Angeles Chargers
As of this posting, the Los Angeles Chargers’ best receiver right now is second-year Ladd McConkey. They were able to survive and make the wild card with the fresh talent but that won’t be the case for 2025. Quentin Johnston is a bust and they need to release him if he continues to struggle. Joshua Palmer is a free agent so this means they could sign Hollins as a rotational weapon for the Chargers to see how he excels partnering up with McConkey.
Kansas City Chiefs
Depending on what happens in free agency, it doesn’t look too promising since the Chiefs don’t have money to burn. Two of their best wideouts Marquise Brown and DeAndre Hopkins are free agents so this means they probably will only be able to re-sign one of them. Hollins isn’t on their level but his potential outing could shape up to be something special especially playing behind one of the best quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes.
New Orleans Saints
Hollins could be a cost-effective addition for whoever will become the next quarterback of head coach Kellen Moore’s offense. Marquez Valdes-Scantling came in late and was able to perform well while they lost Chris Olave to a season-ending injury. Perhaps, this could be the case for Hollins and he could have a breakout year for himself.
Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys need just about anybody to pair with star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb after giving him a new contract this past offseason. Brandin Cooks and KaVontae Turpin are free agents so the team needs to find a capable pass catcher. Mack Hollins is nothing special but he’s a cheap option that could play the aerial attack with Jonathan Mingo.
