Amadi finished his 2024 campaign with 527 total defensive snaps (323 in coverage, 179 against the run and 25 in pass rush), recording 56 solo tackles (5 assists), 25 stops, 4 pass breakups, 3 total pressures, 2 sacks and 1 pass batted at the line of scrimmage, according to Pro Football Focus.
The 27-year-old has been a versatile depth piece for New Orleans since joining the team during the 2023 offseason, logging 483 snaps in the slot, 174 on special teams, 51 in the box, 45 on the line, and 31 out wide. Despite standing at just 5’9” and 201 pounds, Amadi plays with a chip on his shoulder and isn’t afraid to get physical with larger opponents. Since entering the league as a fourth-round pick by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2019 NFL Draft, he’s missed just 27 tackles on 2,047 defensive snaps.
