Davis also received the honor in 2020.
New Orleans Saints LB Demario Davis was named one of the five finalists for the NFL Players Association’s 2025 NFLPA Alan Page Community Award. Davis was named a finalist alongside Camryn Bynum (Minnesota), Derrick Henry (Baltimore), Ryan Kelly (Indianapolis), and Darius Slayton (New York).
The Alan Page Community (APC) Award is the highest honor that the NFLPA can bestow upon a player. The award annually recognizes one union member who goes above and beyond to perform community service in his team city and/or hometown. As an award for the players and by the players, the winner will be determined next week through a league-wide digital vote by their NFL peers.
Each of the finalists will receive a donation of $10,000 from the NFLPA toward the foundation or charity of his choice.
Davis was the Week 8 NFLPA Community MVP, for providing and helping construct 100 new beds for the local Covenant House, a shelter that helps youth in need overcome homelessness and human trafficking.
He was also named an Alan Page Community Award finalist in 2020, which demonstrates his consistent dedication to improving the lives of the underserved in his team city through compassion and action.
This year’s winner will be announced on Wednesday, February 5th, at the NFLPA’s annual Super Bowl press conference in New Orleans. The honoree will receive an additional $100,000 donation from the NFLPA to the foundation or charity of his choice.
