James Pearce Jr.
Pearce Jr. is one of the top edge rushers in the 2025 draft. His performance last season was his best yet. According to ESPN, he gathered 38 total tackles, 7.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one pass defended. Pearce Jr. was also named first team All-SEC in 2024. He is tied for tenth in school history with former volunteer Darrell Taylor, with 19.5 career sacks.
Will Brooks
A redshirt senior, Safety Will Brooks has been with the Tennessee Volunteers since 2020. And like Pearce Jr., 2024 was the best season of his career. He gathered 59 total tackles last season, along with five passes defended, four interceptions (one of which he returned for six), and one forced fumble, according to ESPN.
