The New Orleans Saints have completed yet another virtual interview with an offensive coordinator in the playoffs, this time meeting with Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore.
This was Moore’s first season in charge of the Eagle’s offense and third team in as many years. He broke onto the scene a few years back when he was with the Dallas Cowboys, under fellow Saints head coach candidate Mike McCarthy.
Philadelphia had the eighth-ranked offense in the NFL this past season with 367.2 yards per game. They had the seventh-best scoring offense with 27.2 points per game.
Since the Eagles are still in the playoffs and Moore is still under contract, it was an introductory virtual interview. They could do an in-person follow up once Philadelphia is either eliminated or wins the Super Bowl, if things went well today.
