The New Orleans Pelicans are set to restructure its player care and performance team this offseason, sources told Christian Clark of Nola.com.
Aaron Nelson, previously of the Suns, has been in charge of the department for four years.
Under his watch, the team has finished seventh, 27th, 20th, and seventh in games lost due to injury.
Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram combined to miss 90 games last season, which reportedly included frustration about Ingram’s lost time.
