Kaiser Gates, Pelicans Agree To Two-Way Contract

The New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to sign Kaiser Gates to a Two-Way contract.

Gates averaged 14 points on 55.4 percent three-point shooting last season in the G League for the Long Island Nets.
