The New Orleans Pelicans have signed guard Trhae Mitchell. In a corresponding move, New Orleans has waived guard Jalen Crutcher. Mitchell, 6-6, 181, appeared in 49 games last season with the G League’s Rio Grande Valley Vipers in which he averaged 6.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.9 steals in 30.2 minutes per game while converting .502 from the floor and .422 from three-point range.
