All the LSU Football we needed last weekend
While the 2024 LSU Tigers had the week off, plenty of beloved alumni had big Sundays. Time to break down all the action.
Texans 13 at Jets 21
After being signed midseason, Jalen Mills has already become a key part of this Jets defense. His 10 tackles led the team and were tied for a game-high. Jarrick Bernard-Converse added a tackle as well. Derek Stingley Jr. had four tackles with two pass breakups, while Danielle Hunter had one tackle and one pass breakup. Devin White played but did not have a tackle.
NFLSU Score: 5/10
Dolphins 27 at Bills 30
Blake Ferguson sadly couldn’t be back for a Ferguson Bowl, but he’s eligible to be back in two weeks. Among Reid’s significant snaps was a game-winning 61-yard field goal. The most recent LSU Football game was proof at how critical a good long snapper is! Odell Beckham Jr. caught three passes for 15 yards. In his second active game as a Dolphin Neil Farrell had one tackle.
NFLSU Score: 3/10
Broncos 10 at Ravens 41
Kwon Alexander had five tackles.
NFLSU Score: 2/10
Chargers 27 at Browns 10
No DJ Chark or Kristian Fulton for L.A. Grant Delpit had 7 tackles and Ethan Pocic played every offensive snap.
NFLSU Score: 3/10
Saints 22 at Panthers 23
Foster Moreau only caught one pass for 13 yards and it was a damn impressive TD.

Tyrann Mathieu had two tackles. Damien Lewis played every snap and contributed to an ever rare Panthers win. Dennis Allen will not be missed.
NFLSU Score: 6/10
Raiders 24 at Bengals 41
In their fifth try, the Cincinnati Bengals won a home game. Joe Burrow was locked in, going 27/39 for 251 yards with 5 TDs and 1 INT. He had never thrown 5 TDs in a game prior to this season and has now done it twice in the span of a month. Your webpage would probably crash if I linked all 5 TDs, so here’s the best one in my opinion.
JOE BURROW HAS FOUR TD PASSES.

NFLSU Score: 8/10
Commaners 27 at Giants 22
Another LSU QB, another win. Jayden Daniels went 15/22 for 209 yards with 2 TDs, 0 INTs, and 35 rushing yards. The second touchdown was this cold-blooded dime with no timeouts right before the half.

The next two Thursday nights see LSU QBs on the road in big division matchups. Bengals at Baltimore on the 7th, Commanders in Philly on the 14th. Let’s have some fun.
