Tigers add its third commit of the week with a high-priority in-state target
For the third time this week, and the second time at wide receiver, LSU has added another commit to its 2026 recruiting class.
Destrehan wide receiver Jabari Mack announced Saturday evening he would be committing. Mack’s commitment comes on the heels of LSU adding five-star wide receiver Tristen Keys on Wednesday and four-star DB Dylan Purter yesterday.
Louisiana’s 2026 high school class is, once again, really good and really deep, and Mack is one of the staff’s highest priorities. Listed at 6’0” and 200 pounds, Mack is the No. 83 overall player in the country and the Louisiana’s fifth best prospect; he’s also the No. 11 receiver prospect in the country.
With Mack on hand, LSU has three wide receivers committed in its 2026 class along with Tristen Keys, the No. 3 overall player in the country, and Kenny Darby from Airline who is four-star and in the top-200 nationally. LSU’s also in the mix for five-star Ethan “Boobie” Feaster from DeSoto. Feaster recently reclassified into the 2026 cycle and LSU appears to be the favorite to land him.
