Olivia Dunne is in the house at PNC Park for Paul Skenes’ MLB debut today and fans already believe she can be baseball’s equivalent to Taylor Swift.
The LSU All-American was interviewed during Saturday’s broadcast about her college sweetheart taking the mound in the pros for the very first time and it didn’t take long for Livvy to start going viral.
“Livvy Dunne finna be the Taylor Swift of MLB,” a fan cried.
“Broke: Taylor Swift suite … Woke: Livvy Dunne suite,” tweeted CBS Sports’ Danny Vietti.
“Listen MLB, if the NFL is going to show us Taylor Swift all day… You better show us some Livvy Dunne. Thanks. Happy Paul Skenes Day baseball fans,” a user replied.
“This might aannoy some people off but personally I would prefer a Livvy Dunne suite over a Taylor Swift suite any day,” another person commented.
“I hope Livvy Dunne gets the Taylor Swift treatment cause that would just be swell and add joy to my day. There is no sarcasm in this post. Livvy Dunne is a national treasure.”

Livvy is arguably one of the biggest stars in college sports so it wouldn’t be too much of a shock if she began making regular appearances on networks’ airwaves when the Pirates are in town.
Skenes finished his first start giving up three runs on six hits in four innings of work while striking out seven.
