The Jags take a third Tiger
Let’s fuel up the van, hop on I-10E and keep going until we hit the Atlantic because Jacksonville, Florida is becoming Baton Rouge: East.
After taking Brian Thomas in the first round and Maason Smith in the second round, the Jaguars decided to take a third Tiger and picked Jordan Jefferson in the 4th round, 116th overall.

Jefferson only spent one season in Baton Rouge after transferring in from West Virginia, but he was arugeably LSU’s best defensive linemen. Jefferson had a career-best 36 tackles, seven for loss, and 2.5 sacks.
The selection of Jefferson gives LSU a total of five draft picks so far. Thomas (first round, 23rd overall), Smith (second round, 48th overall), and Jefferson (fourth round, 116th overall) are all of to Jacksonville, while Jayden Daniels (second) and Malik Nabers (sixth) were taken in the first round by the Washington Commanders and the New York Giants respectively.
